I would say to relax on this one, i don't think you need to worry about being pregnant. Seeing that you got your period and he didn't enter your vagina, nor did he cum, your probably alright.
Just an FYI, some antibiotics interfere with birth control, tho some may disagree.
Should you find yourself in this situation again, maybe a condom can be used just for peace of mind.
