I have been sufering from fibroids and infertility for several years. Am 48 years old, for the last four months my periods have been irregular.  For last month they came not so heavy as usual, then after afew weeks my have addeded alot of weight and my breasts became tender and heavy and my nipples very painful at some point.  what could this be, pregnancy/menopause?  I have no idea
