it has been over a month since my abortion now and i have had a period but it was shorter than usual. i still have a bump which has grown, i'm still having cravings i even still feel pregnant. at this point i would be just under 4 months gone and i look it! when will all this stop?

HEy, I had an abortion a little over 4 months ago, I would be about 7 months now. After my abortion, they gave me a DEPO shot( form of birth control) and I didnt know too much about it at all. The shot lasts for 3 months, and your supposed to go back to get another shot towards the end of the third month but i desided not to. ive been off of it for over a month now and i havent had a real period really. Spotting here and there but not a constant thing, and im getting cramps in my lower abdomin, sometimes really bad, I have them as im writing this. Im always tired, throughout the day even if i get 8 hrs of sleep and ive gained about 30 lbs since my pregnancy......
