I am a 19 year old female who for the past 3 years has been on the depo contraceptive injection, I recently changed over to the contraceptive pill as the depo shot was making me quite moody, i have been on the pill for around 1 1/2 months now. A few weeks ago, I started noticing that my breasts were very sore and firm and hard to the touch on the bottom half of them along with tingling sensations in my nipples. I also begun to get other generic pregnancy symptoms such as heavy discharge which then changed to light bleeding (brown in colour) constant nausea, stomach cramps, fatigue, change in sleep pattern and complete lack of appetite. I have been to my doctors about this and had 2 inconclusive + 2 negative pregnancy tests, the doctors concluded that I am not pregnant and left it at that, but i am still experiencing all these symptoms - in the space of a month i have grown a full cup size :( can anyone enlighten me on what could be going on?
