I have had a low back ache now for at least the past week. It doesn't last all day it just comes and goes all day long. Last Tuesday 8/21/07 I thought I had started my period. I had red blood but it didn't last. It turned more to a brownish color. Wed through Friday I had brownish color flow and the flow was light. I have been feeling exhausted usually around 1 PM in the afternoon every day and sometimes I can barely keep my eyes open. I also have like a crampy feeling. It also comes and goes but its not like period cramps. I get them in my lower abdomen sometimes on the left and sometimes on the right and they kinda shoot into my thigh and go away. It only lasts for 30 seconds to a minute.

I tested Saturday morning and it was negative.

Do you think I could be pregnant?
