If your period came like normal, then it is probably a first day period thing. Periods can come a few days early or later and it be perfectly fine. Once you add in the fact you have an infection and have also been stressing, that can play a part in it as well.
The fact he urinated before being inside you doesn't mean anything at all just so you know. If you are not looking to get pregnant I suggest you start taking birth-control and/or use condoms. If you are younger and need your parent present in order to get birth-control, you can always go to your nearest sexual health clinic and they will supply you with birth control and talk to you about other prevention options.

I highly suggest you take a pregnancy test then? There should be sexual health clinics in your area which do them for free and you don't need your parents consent.
