look the most important thing is to just stay calm! :) if you start thinking and panicking that you're pregnant then you're gonna feel pregnant. just relax. it takes at least a month for symptoms of a pregnancy to show. if your test results came back negative its probably a negative but if you're still worried your best bet would be to just relax, take a deep breath, and just wait for your period. i really hope this post helped you and i hope everything works out for you! :)
