have you had any morning sickness? the lower back pain and your stomach could be your period coming soon, im not sure about the heartburn so i would recommend you going to the doctors for that, but if its a little bleeding and not a period it could be pregnancy signs, search it up! Goodluck.

Hello, yeah i dont think you can get pregnant that way. I mean in order for you to get pregnant your boyfriend would need to penetrate deep inside of you and then ejaculate. Since this is not the case with you i highly doubt that you are pregnant. Dont worry, i think those symptoms are just related to your period. My girlfriend has irregular periods each month and she told me that the girls who have their periods exactly on time are very rare.
