I too am a 30 year old female, although I started having general bouts of lightheaded and dizziness many, many years ago. It has only been recently, however, that it seems to be constant. Someone above described everything seeming like a fuzzy dream which is the way I feel. I feel like my brain is just not connecting a lot of the time and find it really hard to concentrate on work. Often, for only a split second it will feel as if my entire body stops functioning. My head will drop, my eyes will roll in the back of my head, it seems my whole body just stops but is only for a split second. Lately too I've also started to notice a weakness in my left hand and forearm. I haven't gone for any specific testing for the issue yet but am planning to try to see an ENT soon. I've had my blood pressure checked on several occasions recently for other issues and my BP has always been near perfect. I did recently donate blood for the first time in 15 years and the nurse had a really hard time getting my blood to come out. My blood kept clotting and she had to continuously move the needle around to get the blood to flow, until it hurt so bad I couldn't take it anymore. At the time they told me that I was probably just dehydrated. However, after that I made a point to start drinking much more water. I had to get blood drawn for another issue a week later and they had the same problem of not being able to get the blood to actually come out of my body and go into the tube. Now I'm wondering if it may be more than a dehydration issue. Constant lightheadedness could be caused by so many different things it's so hard to know where to start! Best of luck to everyone!
