before i can into my issue ive been with the same girlfriend for the past year and 7 months as well she had lost her virginity to me, as well i havent had that many sexual partners or anything.

just recently ive noticed a bit of a weird fuzzy tingling feeling on the right side of the tip of my penis.

its not constant and it comes with pulses, there is no pain or anything.

i first noticed it after masturbating a few days ago, its a very weird sensation and as i said it is never constant and usually comes in groups of 3-4 "pulses" (because its like a pulsating tingling)

so i have noooooooo idea what this could be, i figured i may have damaged a nerve possibly on the right side of my penis' head?
