I'm 13 and going through puberty. I way 95 pounds and am looking pretty good, except for something. I have lots of excess fat (light estrogen or baby fat) around parts of my body like chest, stomach, and thighs. I have been working out a lot recently and I have gained tons of muscle in my arms and legs. My chest is a little harder... Except the fat is still there (same with my stomach ._.). I do understand that it will probably go away when puberty is through, but I'm wondering if there is any way I found speed that up. If you can help me out, I appreciate it.
