I have Problems whit my testical skin. On the beging of my iritation, at first it looked like it was shiney and I used lotion but after 5 min. Is the same thing. Then after 5 min. my skin starts to dry out. After two days it started to peeal and itsche. I don't know what it could be. Can you help me
