Well, I was wondering if I would still be considered a virgin. I was with another female in a relationship, even though I didn't love her, and we used to finger each other, but I wasn't sure if that meant that I lost my virginity or not.
Now I'm with this boy that I absolutely love to death. We got a bit intimate, but nothing really special, just sort of groping through each others clothes if that makes sense. Well, I was just curious about the risks of having actual intercourse and such. I'm fairly certain about wanting to do it, but I'm not so certain if I'm ready to do it. I cannot take "the pill" because my family is allergic to it. In other words, not a good thing, haha. I have heard about something called "Encare" though that's like a female condom, my sister uses them, but I haven't really gotten a good look at them. Also, does it hurt very badly the first time? I trust him to be gentle if we ever get the chance...which leads me to my next problem...
My parents are strict, and I mean strict. I don't know if I'll ever get the chance to be alone with him long enough to ever do anything. It's frustrating. I'm 17 years old, I've been on the honor roll since elementary school, I'm a role model in my high school, ect. I've given my parents no reason to worry about me in such manners. It would be nice if someone could give me some advice to be able to spend time alone with my boyfriend, without parental supervision? Thank you very much.

I would consider your a virgin still. What you did could typically be considered losing your virginity if you were a lesbian, but since you seem to be either bi, bi curious, or just straight... and you haven't actually had penetrative sex yet, I'd consider you a virgin.
That's too bad about the pill! Does the same go for the patch, the shot, and all those other types of hormonal birth controls? My best advice would just to use a condom + lube and be as careful as you can if thats the only contraceptives you're able to use. Females condoms are much more rare than male condoms, infact I'm not sure I've even ever seen them at the store... It's my understanding that the male condoms are easier to use, but they're both equally effective.
It may or may not hurt your first time. If your hymen is already broken there may not be pain at all, just a bit of pressure. If it's not broken then there could be some pain and bleeding. It varies from person to person. Just go slow and use lube! And of course tell him to stop/slow down if its too painful.
As for where to do it, what about his place? A friends? A car? Outside at night (somewhere very private...) Really you'll get the best experience somewhere where you feel comfortable and wont be interrupted. It's way lame when you're trying to have sex and are concerned about being caught/walked in on/cold/wet/uncomfortable... especially for your first time when you want it to be special. Hopefully you'll figure something out. Hope some of this helped.
