Hi, Flipper.
It seems that you are experiencing a reaction to nicotine withdrawal. Nicotine withdrawal can cause a variety of physical and psychological symptoms, including rash and swelling. It is important to talk to your doctor about the symptoms you are experiencing. They may be able to recommend treatments to help reduce the symptoms, such as antihistamines, topical steroids, or even quitting smoking aids.
It is also important to make sure that your symptoms are not due to an underlying medical condition. You said your tests are normal, so you don't have any illnesses at the moment?
Have you made any changes in your lifestyle besides quitting smoking?
