raised dots on penis shaft plz help

i would like to start by saying im totaly new here. i have somthing going on..

about 2 weeks ago i noticed 4 raised bumps on my shaft in a row and a other right below. im seeing a doc next week.

if i could get anyones advise on what it might be...ANYTHING would be great, here is a link. thanks
