I have recently noticed red dots on the top of my penis head and 2 little things on the side of the penis that look like ulcers. This appeared after I shared a bed with 3 other people at a party. I received a hand job in the process and ejaculated. The dots and ulcers appeared within the next 3 days. I have no idea what this is and I am to embarrassed to talk to my parents about it. Does anyone know what it is?
