Lips? Good description and very normal. They are just more pronounced on some guys than others.
On the pungent smell, do you clean under your foreskin? You notice a more "musky" smell from your genitals, especially in puberty. It could also indicate a yeast infection. Is there any discharge?

this worries me i just googled yeast infection and i have alot of pain around the head of my penis and the head enlarges when peeing i already posted about this but i didn't get a good enough response.
I was quite a dirty child and didn't have showers (once a week) and like never changed my under pants now im 15 and my head hurts a bit when masturbating, peeing and sometimes randomly.
