About 3 weeks after i had unprotected sex with my current Gf i noticed red painless spots under my foreskin on my penis tip. It has been re ocurring for the past 11 months. It can be there one day and gone the next. Tested negative for stds. One doctor said it could be a yeast infection. But it continues to come back from time to time. Is it possible it could be herpes? Also i have noticed it kind of red around my urethral opening and urine seems to be trapped inside my urethra and i have to squeeze the remaining urine out. Sometimes when i have sex with my gf there is a thick white substance on my penis coming from her vagina. If i dry the area after urinating it seems to help the spots from coming back. any ideas?

You might have a yeast infection, although the spots could just be a normal reaction to the friction caused by sex/masturbation. A lot of men experience the same issue, and it is nothing to worry about. The whitish substance from your girlfriend could just be normal vaginal fluid, or she might have a yeast infection herself, in which case you could be passing it back and forth to each other. I would suggest that you both be treated for a yeast infection (over the counter creams can do the trick). To help prevent future occurrences and to promote penis health in general, you might try a penis vitamin cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) to be applied after a daily shower.
