I'm uncircumcised, 25, male. I have several red spots in my penis under my foreskin, painless, itch-less, odorless, no discharge. There has nothing uncomfortable when I m peeing. They came up suddenly one month ago, but they are neither spreading nor reducing.

I have sexy with my girl friend 3 times one week, there still have any different after intercourse.

Majority, we are using condom.

I'm not sure it's a STD.

I searched a book named SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES on the web which is written by ASHA. I compared the symptoms listed in that book. But I think there has not a similar one.

not like yeast infection: they are itchless, and around 10 red spots under foreskin.

not like pearly penile papule: they are located there not like a regular row.

not like genital warts: they are smooth red spots, not like cauliflower.

not like irritable rash: No itch.

what it could be is broken blood vessels depending on how rough the intercourse was, try keeping it dry.... i have suffered from the same thing and i found keeping it dry they eventually go away.

Thank you for your reply.
I realized my penis vessels becoming red before I got this problem. It most likely is BBV.
And how long does the red spots stay in your body?
