I occasionally get these red sores that have a distinct smell and will leave a white, puss like substance on my both sides of my groin region, but not necessarily at the same time, but it does not occur near my penis or on my scrotum. I don't notice any bumbs, it seems like more of a rash. I'm worried this might be a form of herpes, does anyone have any ideas?
