For a while now i have had a red reash just at the bottom of the head of the penis i am worried but dnt want to see a doctor. can you give me any ideas for cream or something?

and me and my partner have sex about every three days maybe. we have been sexually active for a while. and i have only had sex with two other girls. i use condoms some times but not often.
I got the rash on my penis head a while back.. and thought it was just from having to much sex it went away for a while.. and it is back but a little bigger... it is almost like it is to dry because it is around the head as well... i need help i cant tell my parents and im to scared to go to a doctor.
