I have these red spots on my penis head for like 2 months which they don't hurt or irritate me at all! These red spots gets bright red whenever I cum but without hurting me or causing me any trouble to masturbate and cum. They seem to grow everyday and when i don't cum these red spots gets light in colour and barely visible but when I cum they become bright red and stay like this until I sleep. I'm 18 and never had sex with no one so it can't be a transmitted disease etc etc. I'm worried because I might find difficulties to have sex in the future becasue my partner might think i have an STD or something, That is the only thing that worries me because it's only cosmetic and it doesn't hurt at all. I have recently have found a red bump on my pubic region. It hurts when I touch it and when I squeeze, puss comes out and it smells awful. It doesn't look like a pimple, it's just red and a bumpy.
