About 4 wks ago I started having right side chest pain and pressure that comes and goes. When it comes it is severe,lasting up to 2 days. I have also been running a low grade temp,and have had a wacky blood presssure wich is not normal for me. I have crohns and I am wondering If this could be related? My gastro is on vacation and my primary had no answers for me. I dont want to go to the er and run up a bunch of bills if it nothing. Any ideas?

Since you are suffering from the Chrones disease I believe it would be wise to go to the ER. First of all this is inflammatory disease and it could be related with all the symptoms you have been experiencing but then again maybe it is not. That is why you should consult medical expert regarding this matter and the sooner you do it the sooner you will have your answer.
