I am 11 years old and had athsma since I was about 7. I really want someone to help cause I don't know if I can last any longer. I wish there was a group where kids with Athsma could talk. I experiance atacks even when I run up the stairs. I just want to know if theres hope..... :cry:

You should be under a doctors supervision. Were you diagnosed with asthma? People have had asthma for years and can have a normal life with the help of medication. I have asthma and carry an inhaler of Albuteral.
There are many support groups out there, you just have to look for them.
Ask your Counselor at school if she could help you locate one or look on the internet. Find a site pertaining to asthma, (there are many) and they may ask for your zip code which would help find a place in your area.
Contact your local hospital or Red Cross, maybe they can help you find something.
There is always hope and this is not your death sentence. But you do know that if you get a severe attack and can not get it under control, this could be trouble for you.
