no worries. just take a dep breathe and relax. with such thick material as jeans.. the likeliness of her getting pregnant is pretty slim. not all girls periods are right on time every month, just dont think about it and wait another week. if she still doesnt bleed then get a prego test. but to be honest it sounds to me like just scares. :] you should be fine. and remember.. worrying about it will actually dely her period!
