This probably wont make any sense and i haven’t paid attention to dates, etc so i’m completely lost!
In January I didn’t take my pill for 4/5 days and was still having unprotected sex. Of course I got withdrawal bleeding for not taking the pill for that long. Around that time I was having alot of pregnancy symptoms bloating, nausea, increased discharge, etc.
I skipped my planned period for that month which was due a week or two later as i didn’t want to have two periods in one month. Some of my symptoms went down but the bloating definitely stayed!
For the last week and a half – two weeks i’ve had some symptoms again headaches, back aches, increased discharge, still bloated, etc. Though I have had cramping for the last week and a half to two weeks too. My eating has also increased too. I took a pregnancy test 4 days before my period and got negative (keeping in mind that could be too early or my levels are still low)
I was meant to get my period today. I woke up and for most of the morning absolutely nothing! Coming closer to the after noon i was getting really bad pain where my left ovary is. It didn’t feel like normal period pain, but cramps none the less. I started spotting (brown blood mixed into the discharge- sorry tmi) and i thought ok my periods coming. Cramps got worse and was still spotting a very SMALL amount and got a tiny bit of stringy blood. This afternoon it has lessened and is none existent now and i have no cramps at the moment. Which is weird because if it was a period the amount should be increasing like normal. This afternoon I have felt nausea too.
Does it sound like I am or could be pregnant? I’ve heard of so many cases where there levels were too low to detect and get negative results so i don’t want to test too soon.

Well, it is definitely hard to tell when you skip a pill of five :-) You never know if it's a pill side effect or something else. It better not to use it at all, if you cant take it regularly, and use some other contraception method. That's why I never use a pill. So you doubt that you've maybe conceived in January, since you skipped your pills in January? If so, your hcg levels should be high enough by now, and it would be detected by the pregnancy test. But, you should repeat the test just in case. Those symptoms you've described sound like a period starting to me, that's how it usually goes, cramps, spotting and everything. So wait for a day or two, to see if there' something unusual with your period and repeat the test. I hope this helps. Take care.
