i have some sebaceous glands on my penis and i got sick of tired of being embaressed about it and tried some wart remover. its the freeze off wart remover that freezes the skin and it says 2-3 weeks it falls off and new skin grows. i just applied the application it didnt hurt at all the bumps now look paler and maybe will fall off. i will update you as soon as i see any result or not. wish us luck my sebaceous ppl

How to remove sebaceous cysts:
hello sebaceous ppl no im not a doctor,but i also suffer from this unfortunate affliction,pinhead to golf ball size on my scrotum and am sick to death of doctors. a) always wanting to see them when the topic is bought up and B) having them laugh at me when i do, this has seriously damaged the way i look at so called health proffesionals. and yes they really do laugh at me saying things like gee mate that looks painfull you better come back if it gets any worse, i then explain to the quack that i havnt been to a doctor in over 10 years and im here for a reason it doesnt get any worse
i promise you if i was female id be wisked off to some gyno specialist for immediate removal and treatment . its affecting my sex life my wife is very understanding if im in pain but that doesnt stop it affecting my self esteem or most important my ability to work as a metal roofer,i guarantee my income protection insurance wont cover me if i take a day off work because i can hardly walk sometimes.
however for the last 2 years ive been removeing them at home with some success,i will explain in next paragraph.
obviously i cant stop them forming but i have noticed the size and frequency of them forming has reduced, i hope in a coulpe of years they will have dropped right off and ill only be left with a few hardly noticable ones, optimistic i know but if i left them and did nothing like doctors keep suggesting i would have a small basket ball down the front of my pants by now,so if any1 has any suggestions or advice on how to completly rid your body of these things i would greatly apprieciate it. it would be life changing

you will need:
numbing cream (optional if u dont like pain ive never used it it doesnt usually hurt that much more of a pressure release really. women buy it to numb areas they are planning to have pierced if you are asking at the chemist you can use that excuse if your embarassed)
38G syringe needle only (not the plunger part make sure you get the bigger one 38G not the 26G as this will be used as our scalpel
you can say your using it to refill inkcartridges if u need an excuse)
Paper towel
detol cream or powder (to disinfect the area after)
isocol rubbing alchohl
small patch bandaids (or just cut down a large one)
well lit area (so you can see what you r doing)
and maby some tweasers
i think thats it
how to:
. the numbing cream takes about half an hour to work. once youve selected the pustule to go clean the area with your rubbing alcohol,then squeeze the lump between your forefinger and thumb being carefull not to burst it under the skin as it is very hard to remove all the puss and may become infected.
look closely at your syringe needle (that you only just opened at the time of use) you will notice it has a small cutting edge at the tip (pointy end) holding it horozontal gently push down until you just break the skin then using it like a thread picker gently using the cutting edge to open the hole you just made to about 3mm, please dont just stab down in to it this will hurt and cover everything in the room and yourself with horrible smelling puss. place needle back in packet you may need it in a minute.
with your paper towel handy squeeze the fibrous substance out it can smell like a rotting human and you will be surprised at how much is packed into a relativly small sack try and squeeze all of it out get right behind it and squeeze then when its all gone you will notice the white sack trying to pop out of the hole if you can grab just the tinyest bit you can start to pull the sack through the hole it is very strong it wont tear , if you cant grab it with your finger tips you may need to widen the hole by 1 or 2 mm or use steralised tweasers (soak in boiling water and soak in isopropyl alcohol should be fine its not open heart surgery or anything like that)
the hole may tear slightly but try and keep it under 5 mm as this will reduce and scaring.
the sack is attatched buy a sort of thread obviously part of the duct or folical that has been blocked and is continually feeding more sebum into the sack so pull it out all the way and using the needle again in the same way cut as close to the sack as possible until it is free , place in a small bag to show your friends or dispose of thoughtfully.
finally throughlyclean the area with your alcohol dry with clean tissue or paper towel apply a small amount of antiseptic cream or powder and cover with bandaid. i usually leave it on for a day to stop any seaping or small blood spots in your underwear but after that i take it off as it heals much quicker, keep clean use antiseptic.
if you do this on a friday youll wake up saturday with a very small numb fealing its just a bit tender really but does not stop you from any normal activity (eg swimming in ocean riding bikes etc ) then wake up sunday remove band aid clean area you should notice no pain whatsoever by monday it will have closed up sealed with no scab and almost unnoticable i have done many of these on myself and cant tell were they used to be.

we dont have a cure for blocked sebaceous ducts but we can eleviate the pain and pressure associated. And importantly it feels great for the first time in your life to wip out your fantastic looking penis an balls an show off to your girl, or guy or whatever, anyone whos had them knows what i mean.

man im 15, and i have this too. Small hairs grow out of every bump on my penis and i started plucking them(no im not gay) but now and then, one or two on the side of my shaft flare up and become swolen under the skin. first i thought it was from wanking, then i tried scrubbing my whole penis with facewash every night. that didnt seem to help it just made them stand out a bit more. i havnt had sex yet of course but this chicks having a party this weekend and i know she wants to suck my penis. hopefully the flaring has gone down. apparantly its worse during and just after puberty, which i hope is true because i dont want to put up with it all my life!

Ok guys i just noticed it earlier today so before you go off trying some crazy sh*t, just hop in the shower, wash the area with any body wash (I used dove mens care and some axe), dry off with a CLEAN towel and get in clean clothes. It reduced the size of them hella for me...

hey lads im 15 too , this is all caused by wanking i learned i wanked 2 0r 4 times a day 7 days a week 365 days a year , we are all suffering from basically penis acne :/ it is disturbing they gave it a a name such as secabceous it sounds like something you'd put on a title of a movie :( i just want these gone im like so fed up , i tryd poppin dem i tryed oils im fed up there not big for me but stll look noticable when my foreskin is down :( im going to try the ideas of acne creams to get rid of these eventually over time they will from what i can see if correct precaution is used :D if this sh*t works i will let all you lads know it seems weird we're all the same age nearly looking for an awnser One of us should make a website that gives the correct details and tells us how to get rid of them :) yours truly Thrid ,
