Is it possible that I have sebaceous glands on nipples? I think it is impossible, because it is hairless region. Anyway, I have something that looks like sebaceous glands on my nipples and it is totally harmless. There is not any pain or discomfort, but I don’t like it how it looks. I would like to remove it. I don’t know how.

Sebaceous glands are simple or branched glands which develop from the external root sheath of hair follicles. However, they are found latter in hairless regions like: the eyelid - meibomian glands, mucous membranes - Fordyce spots, the nipples, perianal region and around genitalia. Sebaceous glands are stimulated by androgenic hormones and I think that you can’t remove them. Anyway ask a doctor about it, perhaps with plastic surgery?
