There is problem which i am facing for past 2 years that semen leaks without any sex activity,its like at my teen age i had done lot of masturbation activities but after i becoming adult i reduced it to once in 15 days because of my health,but i am noticing for past few days that there is leakage of sperm,help me with the diet ? to stop
