To male a long story short, about a year ago i got an unnecessary erection, and i pulled it down. I usually pull it down, with it cracking sometimes and it just hurts a little and im fine. this day, when i did it i felt a real bad pain after it cracked. no swelling occurred, and it didnt look like it was bruised, but it did hurt and was tender for a couple of days. since then though, its been hard to get an erection and keep it.
my health is generally fine, and i eat decently, i just cant seem to get an erection. I know stress was a cause for not getting an erection, and because i had a lot of stress with school and my parents, as well as my future towards colleges, i thought it was that. Now about a year has gone by. I still have a lot of stress and i know that it shouldn't be this long that i cant keep an erection. I know i should have gone to the doctors, but i was kinda embarrassed and i didnt think it was a big thing.
I am reading up now on stuff like what has happened to me, but so far all i know is that i should have been more worried. Im thinking of just telling my mother (i live with her, but just bringing it up seems too personal) and telling her what happened, but i think it might be too late. Im seriously hoping its not.
my cholesterol is fine, and for the past couple of years its been almost too low for normal people my age. Im pretty fit, and my fat level is less than 7 % (dont know if that helps or not)
What should i do? I am kinda regretting that this ive waited this long, but i didnt see it as a big thing at the time.
any advice would be greatly appreciated. Links can help if anyone can provide it. Thanks in advance. i just hope i dont have ED, because i CAN get an erection, but it lasts very shortly (less than a minute).

I don't understand what can crack, because there is nothing to crack in your penis. You could have injured some of the blood vessels. Did you notice any bruising?
If you have any chance the good thing would be to talk to your mother. A doctor visit is highly advised because you could have this problem for a long time.
