I've been on Depo since 1999, and yeeesss lately I've been experiencing the worst cramps just before my refill. It started out as a few days before. Currently scheduled to get my next refill on the 24th of this month and I'm already cramping. They sort of come in waves.

Hello. I had a very similar experience. I spotted daily for weeks too. But the lower abdominal cramping were the absolute worst pains I’ve ever experienced. I was taken to the ER three times because of how severe the pain was. Right underneath the belly button and then it crawls to the lower back. I was throwing up every morning and extremely constipated. This whole time my doctors didn’t pay too much attention to it either. I had done it for a year exactly and have stopped. Since stopping the shots, I have no pain at all. However, my mood swings and depression definitely increased but time has passed and things are getting better. I hope you can feel better too.

Oh wow I'm experiencing this right now, right just before my next shot is due I start getting this cramping but no bleeding. I was wondering if it's normal. It comes and goes in waves as well. Hmmm
