I'm worried. Today is my third day of my period and I got the worst cramps I ever had, I couldn't even stand. I got dizzy and really warm. It was almost like really sharp pinching feeling in my abdominal. Then When I went to the bathroom my blood had a huge clot in it, it almost looked like skin and was at least 4 inches long. I have Had extremely heavy bleeding since then. My first two day of my period were really light. I have been having late periods because I have been switching birth control and my period started about 6 weeks from my last one. I started nuvaring at the 4 weeks ago. Also I had sex without a condom a week ago but used plan B after just for extra precaution. Did i just have a miscarriage?
