i havent been getting severe dizzy spell more so than walking i have been to almost every specialist nobody seems to help me!! its more so when walking around or standing when it comes on really severe its a dizzyness feeling that feels like lightheaded like im going to pass out i never have and i had been diagnosed with pos (posterial tacicardia synrome) and neurocardiogenic syncope i was put on beta blockers didnt help currently on xanax 1mg and cymbola 60 mg it has not helped i cant drive nor do anything its very frustrating i just want to be normal and live my life please anyone help me think of something to do

Wow, dizzy spells no matter how frequent are not fun and that is too bad that you have been experiencing these symptoms so often. What are the doctor saying, or are they just speculating and medicating at this point to see what works or what doesn't work? Also, if you don't mind me asking, how old are you? The medication they prescribed should be doing something for you and the fact that it isn't is concerning. Are you going back to a specialist anytime soon?
