I just have a quick question..My Girlfriend And I have been having sex safely (Using condoms ect) for a good few months now & both of us are curious as to how it feels to have sex without a condom.
My question is, How safe would we be if I Penetrated her thrusted a few times then Pulled out (PS I will not cum, it would be purely for the Feeling)

Pull-out... not safe. Precum is a volatile thing! lol There is always a risk (but I'm sure you know that). I won't lie to you, it may not feel much different for her (everyone is different though), but pulling out may be difficult for you. Slippery slope, my friend!
