Sharp Pain When Clitoris is touched, itchy vulva, and discomfort when urinating

I'm a 19 year old female. I've been super frustrated for the last month. I had some intense sexual activity in the beginning of October. The next morning it started to feel weird when I went to the bathroom, and gradually it started to really hurt when I urinated. Then I woke up one morning with MAJOR pain in my back and went to the ER with a pretty severe kidney infection. They gave me antibiotics and I KNNNNEWWWW it could give me a yeast infection but I'm a pre-med college student and I barely have time to breathe so taking care of my body hasn't been number one in a couple years. Short story, Im 90% sure I developed a yeast infection. However, the next day my period started and I decided to let this pan out and then I would treat myself. So it did, and i bought monistat 7. Four days in and I'm getting SEVERE pain in my right ovary and severe sharp stabbing clit pain. I would fall down from pain basically. So i stopped the monistat and the symptoms sort of went away, even so I made an appointment with the gynec. She tells me I have dermatitis, completely ignoring that my chief complaint was clitoral pain and pain with sex. I do not use fabric softener with my dedicates and I do not use scented pads or tampons. Absolutely nothing that could RANDOMLY give me dermatitis. Now, it's starting to feel weird when I pee and the sharp stabbing pain comes and goes. Sex is painful. I'm getting really frustrated with my body out of wack. Someone please help because my doctors seem to ignore most of my symptoms and only focus on what they find is easiest.
