Hours before she had sex i masturbated and washed myself after.... during foreplay i put the condom on the head of my penis inside out then switched it... put it on fully the wiped it with my arm and hand. WHen I ejaculated I wasnt in her. We had sex and she wanted me to finger her for a bit and i did. She said she has two weeks until shes "protected" under yaz... dont know how long that implies shes been on it... How large is the chance she could be pregnant?

I would say she's not pregnant. If she says she has two weeks left before she is fully protected, that means that she is about a week or so into her pack of pills. She is correct. When you first begin to take bc you must use an alternate form of protection. It takes a complete cycle on the pill for ones body to adjust to the introduction of the new hormone.
Keep using a condom until she has had her first period since starting the pill, then she will be protected from pregnancy, at least 99% safe. But the pill does not protect against STD's so maybe a condom should still be considered.

upon asking her further she said shes been on for three weeks to a month.... since middle of may. So considering the minute amount of semen that could be on the condom, her duration on the pill, (and if it has any relevance, urinating between masturbation and having sex), can my worries of any conceivable chance of pregnancy be alleviated? Thank you very much

The more information you supply us, the better it sounds for you two.
However, the part that concerns me is that you put the condom on backwards, touching the head of the penis to the laytex, and then reversed it, exposing her to whatever fluid (sperm laiden?) was present.
Surely you realized that it was going on wrong, but you decided to proceed with the same condom anyway. That's not wise.
Carry a few more with you so that you have some options, guy.
One way to avoid this is to slightly unroll the condom before applying it to your erect penis. That way you can see which way it unrolls, AND you allow a little room inside the collapsed end so that there is room for your semen to collect and stay. This can be important so that you don't stress the condom, AND so that the semen doesn't attempt to work it's way back toward the base of your penis and the opening of the condom...as you are thrusting or moving inside her.
Always grasp the base of the condom as you withdraw, and withdraw promptly after ejaculation, so that you don't loose the condom.
It's just a simple way to give yourself some extra insurance.
But as bbfeet9 has pointed out, you appear to have been ok this time.
PS: High marks for masturbating before expected intercourse AND for washing up well before touching her. Your consideration for her and attempting to last longer shows real concern for your partner.
