Okay, let me just tell this from the start so that way it makes more sense.

In about November I met a girl on a night out and we went back to hers and had protected intercourse but unprotected oral. About two weeks after, I felt like a slight numb pain in the tip of my penis but it went away after two days so I thought it was nothing to really worry about.

Fast forward to now however, I've had a slight flu for almost three weeks now which I can't completely shake, and now I'm once again feeling pain in the tip of my penis and it's also itching quite a bit. I did stupidly rub a bar of soap over the head and shaft of my penis when in the shower the other day so I don't know whether that may have or not contributed to the pain. I also noticed what looked like either dry skin caused by eczema or a rash on my penis.

I'm confused on whether this could be herpes or not, because seeing as it could have only been spread orally, shouldn't I technically have gotten a cold sore on my lip as well seeing as we also kissed for a while? And also I've had this dry skin on my penis before which turned out to be nothing, but I'm really unsure this time because of the additional symptoms I have with it.

I've had tests for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea which came back negative and waiting on ones for HIV and Syphilis, but it completely slipped my mind that it could be Herpes.

Any ideas?!?!
