I performed fallatio ("deep throating") on my boyfriend more than a year ago without using a condom because he told me he did not have any STDs. I know dumb idea but I was young and naive. A few months later I got tested for syphilis, HIV, herpes, gonorrhea, and chlamydia and they all returned negative. But my concern is that it may have damaged my throat. I asked two doctors and they said that it was improbable and that my throat looked just fine (although I did get swollen tonsils, especially my left one), but I still think it might have caused damage. After the fact a few months later my throat started to feel like it was congested, I had/have trouble breathing and swallowing and so I don't get full breathes and my lips have turned a really pale color (hardly even pink or red; more like a pink/grey) and are constantly chapped. I've also had rashes on my hands that left scars that came and went for several weeks, but they are all gone now (minus the scars). I'm worried that I am maybe not getting enough circulation to the rest of my body because I have troubling breathing. Or maybe I have HPV affecting my throat? It is really worrying me and I think about it everyday (especially the abnormally pale lips and troubling breathing) and I cannot tell my family because I am too embarrassed. If someone could respond I would really appreciate it.
