Ok, I'm currently 19. When I started my period (back in 5th grade) my periods were always so heavy and lasted about 2 weeks at the least. This lasted til about 10th grade I was put on birth control to regulate it. I was on birth control for about 4 months then stopped for whatever reason. I was having a regular period for about 4-5 days. Then as time passed I was skipping a month or two before having my next period. Then I wouldn't have a clue when my next period was, could be in 6 months. So about mid 12th grade I went to my doc and got put on birth control again and had an ultra sound done. Ovaries were a lil big, but they said it wasn't anything to worry about. So I went from having super long heavy periods to literally nothing. I heard that having heavy periods like that can cause infertility. That scares me for my future on wanting to be a mother, and now not really having one even on birth control scares me more. Am I overreacting or do you think I should get tested for endometriosis or something?
