I was diagnosed with BV after having a pap smear. The only symptom I had was a milky white discharge. I was given a prescription for Clindesse 2%. I used it about a week and half ago. After use in the first couple of days I noticed the discharge went away, only the creme would slowly come out. But after a full week, I experienced a horrible itch in my vagina. Yesterday, I started using Vagisil to relieve the itch, which helps, but once it has worn off, I have to reapply because the itch is unbearable. Is this normal? It is okay using Vagisil? How long will this side effect last? Is there something else I should be using?

I took this about a week ago. I too was prescribed because of discharge. It wasn't bad discharge. Not too much and also no smell or itching. I am pregnant and thought it was normal o have increased discharge. I was prescribed this and now have this bad itching. No idea how to get rid of it. I was fine before. Not happy with this.
