Today while in the bathroom I decided to check myself. I don't know why but I guess I was just curious seeing as I'm only 13 years old. So I take one of those make up mirrors with 2 side one normal and one to magnify, and I put the normal side under me and examed my pubic area. And then I get to where the whole is (sorry I don't know medical terms I'm just a teen!) I see that on one side it is sagging down way farther than the other! I am over weight and my legs squeeze down there I guess but if it isn't that then what's wrong with me? It is also a little pink in some spots but nothing hurts. And I also wipe differently because I can't reach behind me and under to wipe from front to back so I just reach down and go down. What is wrong with me please help?

Hi honey! There's NOTHING wrong with you! You are just in the beginning stages of puberty! As you get older and older your vagina and pubic area will change a LOT! And I think it is a fantastic idea for you to become acustommed to your whole area! So as you get older you will notice any differences etc. Have you got your period yet? Just know that because you are "plump" the fat cells settle in ALL places of your body, so as time goes by everything settles down. So don't worry OK? No one is going to see it for a LONG time ;-) And you will just become accustomed to your body as time goes by!
You have to wipe the way you have to wipe!!! So don't worry about that, just NEVER wipe from back to front! As an overweight teenager - myself - I know you already know this honey, so I'm not coming down on you OK? But it is best for you to loose a little weight, so that you don't get any rubbing sores down there OK? It can be REALLY painful! A very dear friend of mine was very overweight - when we were your age - and she used to have infected thighs and pelvic areas from the rubbing and the sweat and moistness of the area! Also know as you get more into puberty your height increases and your weight usually decreases, but there's no problem with helping it is there? ;-) So you will be fine honey! Good luck and health!

Hi there, I agree with what bambi said. I don't think that there's anything wrong with you and you shouldn't be ashamed of it if it looks a little lopsided right now. It should and will probably change! How are you doing otherwise?
