  You don't need help, you need patience, that's all you need. Let nature take it's course and before long you will see stuff happening. My grandson is 13 as well and he has the same issues as you, tho they are not big issues as far as i am concerned.

Why would the kids make fun of you at school? Just don't make a big deal out of it and don't draw attention to yourself by telling people "stuff". Your testicles will drop soon enough and hair will sprout all over the place. Don't be in such a hurry, it will happen soon enough.

Small penis? Guys never stop talking about that. They spend a lifetime accusing each other of having a needle dink. I'm over 70 and when we're sitting around a table and one of us heads for the men's room someone always asks if you need to borrow his magnifying glass. On Ice Road Truckers recently, Alex and the Polar Bear discovered they were both driving the same road this year and Alex called him "my short peckered friend" on the CB. So it goes on for life, you gotta get used to it. When you get older men and women even kid each other about it, if you're lucky enough to have such good friends. I've had girls I know give me the short sign with the thumb and finger or the drooping forefinger and they've never seen what I have. At least I can see their flat butt or lack of boobs to kid them about it. Some waitresses are a lot of fun when you get to know them.

Girls always seem to worry about tiny boobs or the appearance of their vagina. Who do you suppose makes them wonder about that? Could it be other girls?

What's all this concern about balls dropping? I read about it often on this forum. I was always able to feel my balls inside the scrotum. The crossbar on my bike certainly found them often enough. Why DO boys bikes have crossbars for crushing balls while girls bikes don't? Maybe bbfeet9 can tell us???

I didn't know balls dropping was such an issue. I don't remember any guys I knew who expected them to drop anywhere but where they were, we could all feel our balls. We did have ONE kid with an "undescended testicle" that was going to need medical attention if it didn't come out by itself when he was older but no one else had balls they couldn't feel. Can you feel them? If so I don't think there's any dropping that needs to happen. As you get older they probably do hang lower because they are bigger and the automatic cooling your body does, makes them go up and down. That's fun to watch while sitting on the toilet.

It really shouldn't be long, also you are who you are so do not let people make fun of you because your haven't hit puberty as this is not something you can control, your body will decide when you are ready. So tell these people who make fun of you to basically be quiet because they have nothing to do with your body and when it decides to do things!

The pubic hair around your penis means you are in puberty.

Some of the people in your school haven't hit puberty.. So don't worry.. I know some of the guy in my school haven't hit puberty.
Some people are just assholes....
