Single Painless Bump at Vaginal Opening

It could be Molluscum... 

I have had the same problem recently. Except mine started as just one little bump on the entrence of my vag. And I haven't had sex since April and this just showed up here recently and the last time I DID have sex I made the guy wear a condom. I'm freaking out. I don't have insurance or anything so it would cost me a lot of money to see a gyno. But I'm really thinking about setting up an appointment asap. because I felt around and i had several bumps... they don't hurt or anything... so I'm thinking it may be genital warts but I looked it up and it doesn't really fit all of that though. It's just little bumps. It's weird.

maybe your bartholin glands are swollen.. coz its located just right to your vaginal orifice...

I am 18 and I have a similar bump that is painless. It's on the outer lips closer to the clitoris. I don't know where it came from but i did have my period a week ago. I am not sexually active and I've never had sex before. I really just have no idea what happened.

You all should get tested for HPV. It's not technically an STD but is extremely common. The bumps u are describing are a storing if it. Your gyno can give u pills to take for them. It is accompanied by a fluid she applies directly to the area. Works!

I think i have same like you coz i shave and after 2hrs from shaving i pee then when i wash my vagina i can touch something smooth in my vagina opening then when i see in the mirror i see a red ball in the bottom of my vagina opening Then what is the advice of the doctor to you. You have a medicine to take or something that can cure of that sick. thanks hope u reply

It feels good to know that I am not the only one! I have been so scared. I go to the doctor in 3 weeks and I am like I wish this bump would go away! It is a painless raised bump that has no pus or anything right under at the tip of my vaginal opening on the left side also. It has stayed the same size and everything but will not go away! I need it to go away! LOL So it seems we have the same issue. I pray it is not gential warts or herpes. God only knows.

I am not sexually active....rarely am but i get them too. Theyre weird but its not a disease...i just got the vag/mid anal tear but had been drnking hyper toilet inducing green tea so i guess the area was irritated the scary one was after scratching loke twice and my whole bottom left lip swole up.....twas after a intense jog n noticed my part was sweaty...guess too much rubbing. Metinks theyre normal...i self medicate now usually putting proactiv cleanser on it 2-3 times and then theyre gone..i figured it deflates pimples n wide pores...does exact same there.. also vitamin e and fish oil. I dont ho to doctors anymore..much stress anxiety n headache

i had sex with my partner the other day and i noticed a small lump like in my inner lip the next morning.. idk what the f**k it is.. we are gay and i have only been with her in the last 2 years.. i feel like it is a tissue or gland or something ... idk, can't be an std though. ;-;

I found the same thing a few days before leaving town ,Im out of town and plan to see my doctor wheni return don't stop until yiu get and answer

 I have the exact same thing going on down there and it's been there for some years. My mom happens to be an RN but I figured since I couldn't pop the thing so it would reabsorb into my skin but it still hasn't. So I finally asked my mom what the eff this thing was. And she named off this crazy medical term. Popped it in Google and this article came up. From all the responses I gathered no one had figured anything out so I'm hoping this helps you ladies. I suppose in regular terms it's a CYST caused by an OIL GLAND. (My mom's name is Genia(Gina)if you wanna breathe a silent sigh of thanks her way. She's effing crazy as Batty on Ferngully but she knows her shiznit.)

I have a lump down there and I went to my doc about it because I was worried she just said it's probably due to rough sex and the heat, mine doesn't hurt unless irritated, I've had my smears and several other tests and all come back negative.
