Sinusitis and Digestive problems

I have dealt with many sinus infections in the last year, and I have also noticed a commonly upset stomach. It seems like I can never eat the right food, and often feel bloated. As well, bowel movements havn't seemed the same in consistency. To be more specific, it isn't as though I have had frequent (or even often) constipation or diarhea. . . bowel movements usually just seem very soft/mushy.
