I am always tired and exhausted no matter what I do. I am 25, female. I am not fat, little over weight and have diabetes. I sleep sometimes over 10 hours but I am still tired. I know that is wasting of time, but I cant help it. I drink coffee a lot, but caffeine doesn’t keep me awake. I also have daytime sleepiness, sometimes for three hours. Does anyone know something that can help me?

Your daytime sleepiness is a sign of disturbed sleep. I wasn’t aware of that either. I woke up every morning with headache, heck pain, and memory loss. I asked for help and they told me those are signs that I have disturbed sleep. I can only advise you to see a doctor who has specialized sleep medicine. I think that he or she could prescribe you a treatment that will help you with sleepiness. The consequences of disturbed sleep left untreated are affecting your health in the short and long term, your overall quality of life.
