Hi, 25 years old and can`t get enough sleep. I`m a student, and am under a stress, but I was under stress before, but never had this problem with sleeping. No matter how long I sleep, it`s never enough. And even when I wake, I feel so tired and exhausted, like I was running wild or something. What can I do to make my sleep fresh and peaceful? To get enough sleep? Any suggestions on that? Am also afraid to go to a doctor, he`ll probably diagnose me with some unexpected disease or something.

Hi, I`m also having a sleeping problem, I can never ever get enough sleep. I sleep for 10 hours and more, and can`t even open my eyes if I sleep less. Now I have some sort of a sleeping ritual – hot drink before bed. A quick shower (mild or cold water). Open window. No results so far. But I think I just turned day into night. Because I sleep during the day, and am awake during night. Only, 10 hours of sleeping are one too many, anyway. Healthy lifestyle should improve my condition. I smoke and I should probably just quit.
