Hi, i am 19 years of age and within the past three years I have noticed very tiny bumps in rows on the head my penis in the middle area. It looks like tastebuds on a person tounge. It has not appeard to be getting worst or growing but it annoys me becuz most guys have a smooth penis head and mines with the bumps are slightly dark in colour and with these rows of very tiny bumps. What could this be and I do not have any STD and is a very healthy individual. Please tell me what could this be and if u wish I can send a pic of it so u can better see and understand it. Thanks!

This is most likely something called pearly penile papules. They form around the head of the penis, and are more often found in guys that are uncircumcised, black, or are darker skin toned. They often occur in the age range of 15-25, and are common to about 15-20 percent of guys.
There is nothing wrong with having them. They are natural, and just occur in some people. If they are particularly large or irritating, you can have them frozen or lasered off, but most doctors would probably advise against it. Some people have said that tootpaste, applied regularly, can reduce their size.
