I noticed a small lump behind my earlobe a couple months back, it's DIRECTLY behind my earlobe but not connected to my ear, when I wake up in the morning it's usually pretty small and kind of squishy, as the day progresses it seems to swell a little bit until it reaches it's maximum size that I've noticed, a little bigger than a pea. I doesn't hurt when I touch it, it seems to be just below the skin, it's a hard lump that I can't move around. Sometimes I get very small pinching or headace pains that seem to be centered in that area. No money to go to a doctor right now, just need to know if this is something serious.
