Hi! I had last unprotected sex a month ago. I know it was foolish but it was a wild night out and I picked up this girl in a bar. Anyway, that was great and I suffered no consequence (that I know of) of this unprotected intercourse until two days ago when I spotted a row of small looking pimples on my glans. They are very weird and look like pin heads. They cause no pain or discomfort, they have just suddenly appeared. I tried to look online for STD’s with similar symptoms but no results occurred. Are these little pimples STD or in any other way connected to the unprotected intercourse?

I reckon that these “pimples” you developed have nothing to do with an unsafe sex you underwent. They are not pimples at all. I have them too and they are pearly penile papules, benign growths that appear on the head and have nothing to do with sex. Just like you said, they appear and cause no discomfort. They are harmless and their removal is not necessary. They could be removed but they are not worth the trouble. By the way, you should get tested. Not having any symptoms (after unsafe sex) doesn’t mean you don’t have a disease.
