I have very small pimples on the under side of my penis as well as the base of it. They fade away and then another or two can come in, so I started to be worried. They do not itch and when I pop them, they just bleed a little. I want to hear what these genital pimples are if they seem to be blotchy. Should I visit my doctor because of this or I need to wait?

It is impossible to tell what these genital pimples blotchy are without a physical examination. I hope you understand this, and understand you should have this exam if this condition continues to bother you. There are some benign conditions, such as pearly penile papules, that could occur as genital pimples blotchy. These pimples are normal growths that appear around the hair follicles, or an infection of the sebaceous glands can cause blotchy pimple like growths on genitals. These can be simply treated using antibiotics, so it would be better for you to visit your doctor. The check-ups for men are simple, just go to your local sexual health service or make an appointment to see your own doctor. This is the only way you will know for sure what those genital pimples blotchy are. You need to know if they are sore or irritable and if you had sex. It could be interesting to your doctor when he starts to ask about your medical history. I think there is no need to worry, because this is often seen in the teenage years, as small pimple-like glands.
